It is in my to read list. I am recommended a lot the second remake of the anime. Is it really good?
I know I got hooked when I watched of the first one a few episodes in a convention.

Full Metal Alchemist is one of my favorite animes. My husband, when we first met, bought me the entire series including the movie.

I will put it in my Watch list. Probably gonna start this after finishing Code Geass. This anime is Sciene Fantasy so it probably might be something to my liking!
