Song Lyrics

It looks like music artists are no longer interested in creating meaningful lyrics. Usually, our ears are bombarded with the same crappy tunes and lyrics. When we do hear a good tune, it usually doesn't have much meaning. I'm quite worried about the music industry in general. We haven't been seeing the talent, we used to see. And the listeners aren't worried about it.

There aren't really many good examples of music nowadays. That's something I have noticed for a long time.

I do not agree, if all you're listening to is mainstream commercial radio, then yes. However, go global catch the underground and non conventional music scene and there are some great bands with lyrics that having meaning.

The problem with the music industry is it's being taken over by teenie-popper, talentless idiots like Justin fagboy err Bieber and such. There's no real need for talent anymore when everything can just be auto-tuned and you can have some big name rapper write a crappy song for you. People will still eat it up and think it's 'amazing'.

Sir, you need to type this up in a formal letter and send it to every record company but leave out the 'Amazing' part, that will make them put more rubbish out there! But yes, some songs do have meaning even in todays world, it is just finding them beneath all the trash that is put out there.
