When working on Graphics

When you are doing your graphic work I'm sure you all have your specific routines, layouts and such!
When I work, I tend to have my Photoshop window covering half the screen and the other half is split into two parts, one with a google search open for icons, brushes and such and the other with my files ready (If I am working on a project) if not, I just extend the search window. I also have to have loud music, headphones or speakers will do for that!
What about you?

I don't make any graphics myself so i don't use any softwares... XDD
