Books turned into Anime
Like Akage no Anne, Little Women and etc. They've been adapted into or turned into or made into Japanese anime. I must say, they've turned out all right. Especially the Akage no Anne one I've enjoyed: Anne of Green Gables in English by prominent Canadian author Lucy Maud Montgomery.

I think Hyōka was a novel first, then adapted into a manga, and now is an Anime.

I've watched the Anne of Green Gables animation. I found the voices to be a little annoying, but that could just be me.
I haven't heard of the Little Women anime, I will definitely watch that now.
